What is allied health care?

Allied health care is a term used to describe the various health care services that are provided by professionals other than doctors and nurses.  They are highly skilled and qualified practitioners who provide essential services for diagnosing, treating and preventing a range of conditions and illnesses. This can include practitioners such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dieticians and more. These professionals play an essential role in helping people to maintain their health and wellbeing.

At Well Balanced Care we provided face to face and virtual allied health services to those in need in regional, rural and remote communities and locations in Australia.

Our allied health practitioners often work within a multidisciplinary health team to provide specialised support for different patient needs.

We offer many different types of therapy to help people live their best lives and stay healthy and active within their own communities.
