Dorothy Richmond is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and runs a private practice servicing the Tropical North Region. She has more than 20 years’ experience since graduating as a dietitian at the University of Surrey in the UK. She has also gained an MBA from James Cook University in Cairns.
Her passion is to improve the health of her patients with a practical food based approach.
Dorothy is a qualified chef, Food Safety Auditor, Workplace Assessor Trainer and holds a diploma in Environmental Sustainability.
Dorothy works closely with your GP and other Primary Healthcare Providers and surgeons as well as in Residential Aged Care.
She is skilled in advising elderly patients, children and assisting patients through a weight loss surgery journey.
In addition, she is a skilled presenter and works with health professionals and community groups.
